Adeje (Town)
This historic area of Tenerife has built up steadily over the years on the hillside of Adeje's steep mountain range.
The well-kept town is crammed with heritage and its oldest parts show true Canary culture still in its prime. The town's facilities are among the best in south Tenerife and its streets are home to an eclectic collection of restaurants and café bars.
Some areas are under development and as a result new-builds are priced well in this less touristy area of the south.
Resale homes are most suited to first-time homebuyers or established homeowners and are fairly priced.
